BSOD and USB ports not working

Hello, a while back ago after installing a new motherboard I got a BSOD which caused one of my USB 3.0 ports in the back to stop working. My front case ports are also not responding, however I am going to double check to see if they are connected properly. What information should I give for further advice?

Clear the CMOS and update tha BIOS.
