Dell Studio 1558 Doesn't Boot into Windows After RAM Upgrade

I thought this would be an easy upgrade but now it's turning into a nightmare.

My laptop is a Dell Studio 1558 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I did a lot of research and found that Corsair 8 GB CMSO8GX3M2A1333C9 would work well. But it's not! It will not boot into windows it just asks me if I want to repair it or start windows normally. Every time I try to start windows normally it just reboots itself.

I'm kind of new at this so I'm not exactly sure what to do now. I tried to contact Corsair Customer support but they're only open Monday-Friday. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I was really hoping this would be an easy upgrade!

If you have the windows 7 installation disk it might be worth using the repair windows tool.

That is unlikely though so I would test your memory first, take out all modules and test them one at a time as one could be faulty. Plus, check what the laptop says in the bios. It might not be able to support more than 4gb. I don't know the specs of your laptop so I don't know.
