Display comes after severals restarts

I just got a Wiered kind of problem that my bro has MSI G41M-P26 with C2D E7400 2.8 nd 2 gb Corssair 1333 nd usind builtin graphics card the Problem is that that Whenever i start the Pc the display doesnt come but it seems that the Pc is working behind without display, after 2 or 3 restart the display comes. Require help I have checked the VGA cable but i think the problem is inside the CPU .. can any one tell me how to resolve this issue??

What ever the cause of the problem is one thing is for certain the fault is not with the CPU. The problem could be caused by incorrect settings in the BIOS. Try resetting the CMOS memory correctly by using the clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard with the power cord DISCONNECTED.
