More about gaming build
  1. It looks like a solid build to me. And the HD 6850 should scream at 1440x900. I had a i3-2100 build I made for a sale. At 1680x1050 w/HD 6850 it could run any game I played at max settings. You should be well satisfied.
  2. since you have the I3, you might save a bit of money going with an H67 or H61 board
  3. ^ Thats what I gonna say. Drop to H series motherboard.

agreed. I have 2 6850's in xfire and when i have one card running (need to for skyrim, it has a xfire issue) I get 50+fps with every bar maxed, everything to highest, and all AA maxed out at 1920x1080 resolution. But might as well drop that motherboard for an H series and pick up a 6870.
  5. thats is probably the very best H-series board, since it has the ability to use SATA 3 and USB 3

+1 Hey, thanks for the vote of confidence. That's the board I just ordered for my next Intel i5 Build
