Building with a CM Haf X

I'm building a new system. I plan on using a Noctua NH-D14 along with an ASRock Extreme 3 Gen 3. I'd like to know what the wiring management clearance is like for a CM HAF X. Also what kind of clearance issues, if any, could I run into using that Cooler?

No clearance issues with Noctua NH-D14 / HAFX case. Check for clearance issues between MB/RAM/HSF.

Just FYI - the ASRock Extreme 3 Gen3 is a narrow size MB that isn't the standard 9.6" width so some motherboard standoff position's won't get used.
