Audio,video, mouse lag problem

I'm looking for answers.
Situation: Very often (more than 5 times per 1 hour) i have audio lag with strange sound, it sometimes with video and mouse lag. Lag duration 0.5-2 sec.

Ok, now what I did on recording time:

used photoshop cs6
skype
radio via google chrome
wireless mouse
wi-fi internet connection

Actually it happens doesn't meter what I do...music, film, gaming time.

Hi, Did the issue start right after installing Windows, or after a while?

It's started sine I bought computer (already with windows 7) , I just tried install fresh windows, didn't helped.

Since it's under warranty, try contacting the reseller.
Or reinstall Windows 7, if having the DVD.
