Should i keep this or go for a 6990

this is the build im going for atm but i was thinking of scrapping the dual 6970s and going for a single 6990

ALSO ANY SUGGESTIONS ON BETTER PARTS TO GO WITH PLEASE POST!

Personally as I understand it, the Crossfire set up would be better for gaming, whereas the Single 6990 would be more beneficial for video encoding tasks as well as give you more bang for your buck in gaming when crossfire/sli is unsupported or for single monitor play/use.

I would go with a single 6990, then in the future when you see a decrease in performance drop in another. I see no reason in putting two GPUs in at once for gaming. Savethe money let the prices fall some more then get it
