~$600 i5-2500k gaming build review

So I received all the parts below on Friday from an online order, except the i3-2100 which I went to buy tonight from the local Microcenter. But when I got to the store, there was a great deal on the i5-2500k which was not advertised online ($60 off CPU + mobo, and the i5-2500k for $180). So I ended up buying a more expensive CPU, motherboard, and power supply (for only about $50 extra). My questions are 1) whether I should use the 600W power supply or the 500W and 2) is my motherboard choice okay? I *might* add a second hard drive at some point.

the i5 2500k is much better as is the p67, too bad it isnt a Z68 but oh well it will do what oyu want it to do. Yes use the 600W, save the 500 for another temp build in the future or sell it.
