Approximate Purchase Date: within 2 weeks, possibly wait for christmas sales

Budget Range: 500-650 (closer to 500 the better, but depends on bang for buck)

System Usage from Most to Least Important:games, multi tasking, music, movies, web

Parts Not Required:i have a hp 2311x 23 inch monitor, crappy keyboard and mouse, crappy speaker, will keep these and re use. i NEED everything else like optical drive and hdd, etc

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: dont care as long as price is right

Country: (e.g.: India) usa, socal

Parts Preferences: best bang for buck

Overclocking: no

SLI or Crossfire: no

Monitor Resolution: i would prefer to use the native resolution of my 23 inch, i forgot what it is but 1080p would be nice

Additional Comments: make sure it runs compatible, smooth, cool not hot

here is what i have so far, it was made for me in another forum i just want more opinions. Games i play that must run on high > max
hon
sc2
dragon nest
and soon to be diablo 3, would be nice to be able to run games like
skyrim/bf3 on good settings as well

remember i dont need MAX i just want GOOD, and price is everything so if i can go cheaper and still be somewhat good ill do that, but if its 20 bucks more to go way better than ill do that. I dont plan on playing bf3 but games like skyrim are why i need a pc, high settings are pretty much standard for those games..i have a ps3 so i would need my pc to be better than my ps3 and more stable

i have bf3 on ps3 but if i know my comp can handle it than its good to know for future games coming out, i dont want to have to upgrade just to play a new game, so i mean its better to pay more now ..right? but closer to 500 the better(i know it wont be 500 but im just trying to emphasize i want best bang for buck under 600 if possible)

all i need is w7 but i will worry about that later i might be able to get it cheap so leaving that price out

---
price with most expensive parts without tax 650, so i need to shave off some of that but it seems about right? i hopefully wont pay more than 50 for w7 to make an even 700 but i just need to finalize my vid card/psu /mobo before i buy

hope i didnt leave anything out
thanks1!!
