Hey, I am wondering what is the best an ALL IN ONE PC, or desktop bundled with a keyboard/mouse/monitor, (if it is a better option), I can get with a fairly strict budget of 500-600$. Dont care what website its from, as long as they ship to CANADA.

I am just getting into custom building, and honestly have no experience with all in one pcs.... so I am hoping someone more knowledgable can help ASAP :D

Much obliged!

Rough Guidelines:

Needs OS- (Win 7 or 8 prefered)

NO GAMING will be done, so I dont care what type of video it has, infact this is the least important aspect to me.

Whereas monitor size being bigger is always a bonus.

As much DDR3 as possible (4+gbs prefered)

Dual core minimum.

Just need it to haul ass on internet/word/smartphone/itunes

Needs no upgradeability, but DVD burner and USB + other peripherials a must.

HIGHLY prefer for it NOT to be a TOUCH screen.

Comprimise guidelines as neccesary, just advise me after you do.

doing a quick search, the only Under $600 all-in-ones use the E-350 or Atom, which is designed more for HTPC low-power use and 'just barely adequate' capabilities.

Just out of your price range is this:

At $650 is more than you want to pay, but it has a sandy bridge dual-core processor and 4 GB of RAM.

Alternately, this Dell all-in-one is on clearance at Best Buy:
