Forum Systems : Homebuilt 500-$650 PC Upgrade Advice

I'm looking for advice on upgrading my PC with a 500-$650 budget. I currently have a basic dell xps 420 with an upgraded PSU(700W) and Graphics card(Radeon 4890). I'm now looking to upgrade the case, mobo, cpu and ram because I want a better cpu and the ability to crossfire.

The new computer would be mostly for gaming and programming. I also want it to be future ready. I would like to start getting into over-clocking with this build. I'm looking to purchase the parts within this month but it would be nice to make it sometime this week.

So far I have decided on the following parts:
Case: Cooler Master HAF 922 Blue RC-922M-KWN2-GP

CPU: either intel i5 2500k or i7 2600k. Leaning towards i5 atm.

MOBO: unsure.
Right now newegg has a combo with both CPUs and this mobo

Ram: unsure, looking at 8gb(2 sticks). Like the Vengence so far.

Basically I'm looking for parts and compatibility advice for the 4 parts. Thanks in advance.
