Hello,
we have 3 laptops in our small office and all 3 connect to one single router . recently we were able to get connected but with no internet access ... the local service provider made us enter tcp ip4 details 192 .198 ... etc along with subnet mask etc manually and we all were on our way with the internet connection working fine
now we cant connect at home with the same laptops but different router unless we choose to connect automatically. then when back at the office we cant connect automatically unless we do the whole manual entering of tcp ip v4 again . PLEASE HELP US !

We all use brand new HP laptops windows 7 professional and basic motorola router .

thanks and regards
Gotham

here is something you could try:

if you leave the IP v4 set to Automatic, you should see an Advanced Tab under the IP v4 Properties.

click on the Advanced Tab and enter your IPS given settings here
