X64 Bios but 32 bit windows?

Hi, I've got a P8p67 rev 3.0 Mobo and I've been having a ton of problems with my graphics card. In the process of exploring bios, I noticed that I have a "3207 x64" bios.
Does this mean that I shouldn't be running 32 Bit windows (x86?)? Could this be causing me issues?
