Motherboard overheating! Please help!

I'm getting consistent readings from both Speedfan & Razer's Game Booster at 84 degrees celsius... I am worried because I saw this on Razer's Game Booster a week or so ago,I disreguarded it as inaccurate; I have been playing games that push my computers limits for weeks. I just freshly removed all the dust from my fans and heatsink today, the problem persists.

Open the side panel and using other fan to blow it.

Nothing you can do becasue it has only stock cup heatsink and a small fan in the rear. Or turn on the AC in the room and open the side panel.

Thanks. I just did that, watching speedfan but the temperature's aren't changing... Which leads me to believe it may be inaccurate? I sure hope that's the case. I just turned it off after examining the inside whilst running, the fans are working properly and it feels a little warm to the touch, but not 183 F.

most times it the thermal paste drying out or if it a stock heat sink with plastics legs the heat sink for the cpu has loosened up.
if you have a newer type case that lets you get into the back of the mb then pick up a heat sink with a back plate if it the cpu that gone bad. if the overheat temp is the gpu under hardware monitor. try using msi afterburner turn the fan up to max speed.if the fans goes not spin up then the fan gone bad. a lot of video cards you can replace just the fan. before i did that i see if the card under warranty.

Get OCCT monitoring, http://www.ocbase.com/ it will give you minimal values, current and maximum, including FAN RPM (if you run your PC at max, your fans might be dying, so you need to monitor RPM as well), I trust this gadget, no problems so far. Unfortunately Dell cheap PCs don't have software fan control, all controls are automatic, if needed, you would have to replace your fans to the ones with 2 power cables - 1 to motherboard and the other to power supply, in this case all your fans will run at 100%.
