Hi,
my question is.
In the Dark Assembly, is using the "Triple experiece" proposal the best
way of leveling up characters - or do you guys know a much
better/quicker way of increasing exp Lv.?
I'm interested even in the most crazyist route you can think of.
Thanks

If you check out gamefaqs.com, there's a leveling faq there that points
out a levels that are particularly good.

It's been awhile since I've played the game, but here are some of the
strategies I remember using:

* Get lots (LOTS!) of specialists that boost EXP. You can stack their
levels up to 200 per slot in an item, meaning that character will get 3x
the exp. You don't have to kill everything on every level (in fact, you
won't be able to) just be sure to whack the specialists and make it to
level 10, then leave. This is also a good way to build up exit items as
well.

* There's a level in episode 4, I think it is, that's good for leveling
up. It's the one where the whole field is covered with invincible, except
for 2 squares over in the corner. Use your other characters to throw the
monsters onto those squares, and have the character you wish to level up
attack. Tossing monsters onto each other will cause their levels to add
up, so you can use this for stronger characters too. Just be sure you
don't end up creating something so strong you can't kill it... That'd be
bad. (There are other levels later on, but I don't remember them off
hand.)

The Dark Council is also good, as you've found out.

While going through Item World, if you find a level that will let you wipe
out all creatures easily, or gives you an easy geo-bonus, pile all your
characters onto the board and take advantage of it. Just remember, your
characters will take damage if they're standing on a geo panel when it's
triggered. One way to avoid this is to have your characters built a human
ladder, with the last person standing on a safe tile. Even if you can't
clear the whole stage or get a geo-panel bonus, this may still be
worthwhile since you can still earn valuable exp and whatnot.

Just be sure to let your characters attack, use spells, and skills.
Otherwise they'll never develop in those areas.
