My PC Bios will not load?

Hello,

I just built my PC here are the Specs:

1 Motherboard: N68-VS3 FX - http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-VS3%20FX

2 4GB RAM Sticks

1 500GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue

1 AMD Sempron Processor /w Cooler.

Graphics: Integrated NVIDIA® GeForce 7025 graphics, DX9.0 VGA, Pixel Shader 3.0

Power Supply: ATRIX Base AX-450B ATX PSU - 450 W - http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/atrix-base-ax-450b-atx-psu-450-w-19071084-pdt.html

I get Power through the USB ports and the CPU Fan works but no Graphics output to my Monitor. Can anyone assist me?

Need your sempron model number; ram model and speed, etc. Have you tried the power supply on another board?
