emachine w5243 mcp61sm-gm, amd athlon x2 6000+ 3.1, 4gb ddr2 800, nvidia geforce 6100 nforce 405, 300w psu okay im looking to upgrade the gpu ill upgrade psu if need to but im looking to spend $60 on a gpu just give me a good card that will work with my mobo and has a vga and a hdmi out

Looks like you have a PCI-E slot on that board, in which case, I say you should spend $10 more and get a Radeon 5670.
