Gaming Rig for SWTOR with eyefiniti

I am trying to build a gaming rig for appx. 1500. My main interest is SWTOR full bore with 3 screens in an eyefiniti setup. I would like it to play as many games as possible on full spec as well. I want an SSD (120) so I can keep the game (or two) and op system on it. I have been looking at cyberpower b/c I don't want to learn how to build and I wouldn't mind a bit of a warranty. Any suggestions?
