Hello, I am planning on buying an Intel Core i5-3570k for my gaming build (I currently have a Phenom II X4 960T and my GPU is a Radeon HD 7950 3GB, in case you were wondering), and I need a motherboard to go with it.

I current have $320, and the CPU will cost $230, so if I could find a motherboard at $100 (not too high above) it would be nice.
You always get what you pay for though, so I am willing to save up a little more money to get a better/more expensive motherboard.

Here are some that I have my eye on:

The ASRock would be the more expensive one that I would save up a little more for, so I am pretty much wondering if it is worth the extra $40 or so.

Maybe you know a motherboard that would be better than either of the ones I mentioned, for that is why I am here :p

Thanks for all the help guys!
