hi :)
getting a new evga 560 (maybe SC), my current build is powered by a CX430 corsair,

system specs:
Asus m4a88t-m usb 2.0 version
phenom 1090T base clock running at a constant 3.2gig and a zalman cnps10x extreme cooler
3x1 tb hdds, 2 seagate and 1 WD (all sata)
geforce 8600gt
and 16 gb ddr3 corsair value select ram.

I have an APC ups that is rated to 390W, though the battery is almost dead.

i checked the outervision calculator which gives me a 395W usage with the new graphics card

do i need to get another UPS and power supply just for the card or what?

consider my budget = 0

No, your UPS has nothing to do with it. Your PSU has 430W, it will convert the 110V to the appropriate voltage for your card. The UPS doesn't shift power into the computer, just holds onto the power if electricity goes out.

i'm not really sure if that is correct, the ups might turn off from the overload... also i get 220v supply

220V comes from the wall, to the battery, to the computer, to the GPU and mobo and whatnot. The PSU can't overload the UPS cause the PSU doesn't put out electricity through the backside, only to the computer as 12V, 5V and 3.3V. It's a one way street.

CX430 is amazing enough... it works :D

i'm running a hex core phenom 1090T with 16 gigs of ram
and 4x1 tb hdds...

getting around 265W power consumption from the APC ups indicator...

i got 300W power consumption running prime95 and furmark with my old 8600GT

DO NOT TRY RUNNING FURMARK on the GTX560. you will cry.
