AT&T internet speed

I have this internet ] from AT&T it has Downstream Speed: Up to 3.0 Mbps Upstream Speed: Up to 512 Kbps. And this is what I'm getting on the speed test

Is this normal during the middle of the day?

You can try to complain but they probably tell you that you are suppose to get UPTO 3mb down and 512kb down. How ever they will not guaranty those speeds.

Why does your screenshot show your provider is SBC ?? That's not AT&T.

SBC joined AT&T a few years back. Almost back to the old glory of the baby bells.

Probably normal speeds. DSL generally just isn't as quick as cable. If you're looking for better performance I'd contact your phone company and see if there is anything they can do... worst case see if you can get cable. This is mine on the "mid-range" package... think it's rated for 14mbit or so.

Wow, never heard of it. The news takes time to get down here where I live. We still listen to disco on the radio.

I test my internet speed test, through this site http://www.ip-details.com/internet-speed-test/
My speed test results are,
upload speed:0.52 kbps
download speed:1.96 kbps
It has the best results for my internet speed test!!!!
