560 problem?

so i installed crysis warhead lately and started playing but i was getting low fps with my galaxy gtx 560 GC at 1280x1024 when it comes to explosions or fires i get like 20 to 25 fps with fraps the average was like 34 fps i dont think i got more than 45 fps im using the 285 beta driver so is it the graphics card problem or the driver is jus made to run bf3

What was your last graphics card? It could be a driver conflict.

bfbc2 is running at an avg of like 57 fps maxed on same res

Did you patch the game?
If you have Windows 7 64 bit try running the game with Vista SP2 compatibility mode.
