You cannot change the font color for the text on Desktop icons. The color is
automatic, depending on what background color you are using for the desktop.
The font color will be lighter for darker backgrounds and darker for lighter
backgrounds.

You get black or white depending on the wallpaper/background colour.. if you
wallpaper/background makes it difficult to see icon text, use the START -
ALL Programs to locate and run stuff.. or change the wallpaper/background..
