Hi, my computer is AMD Athlon[tm] II X2 255 processor 3.11 GHz, 2.00 GB of ram graphics NVIDIA 9500 GT 512mb mobo ASRock N68-S AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and a 300 or 500 watt power supply maybe more not real sure.

I want to upgrade the graphics card. The mobo can only support PCIE not PCIE2.0.

PCI 2.0 cards are backward compatible with 1.0. v2 just has more bandwidth but it shouldn't be too much of an issue
do you have a budget ?, power supply can sometimes limit what card you get it would be good to know the wattage for sure

Based on your current configuration I wont recommend anything higher than a GTX550Ti or AMD HD 6790.Add 2 more gigs of RAM for sure.

flash the montherboard to newest BIOS first,and buy 6770 or GTX 550 Ti,if your power watt is enough.
