I just replaced my previous graphics cards (GTX550 x2) with the GTX 590. Is my power supply still adequate? 850w

I'd really appreciate someone to look over my build and let me know what you think, or if there are any problems you see with the various components. I placed the order on Amazon for all the parts today and I have the opportunity to make last minute changes if any problems/concerns are brought to my attention.
