ID Sdram memory

A friend of mine gave me some 64mb sdrams and he is not sure weather these are pc133 or pc100 sdrams I would like some help in ID them please info as follows:

You could also download the program that tells you the specifics of the ram you you are using.. I think the name is like Ctspd It will tell you the manufacturer, the Cas speed, the PC speed...all that fun stuff... If you cant find it on the internet somewhere, just email me at dgatewood@hot.rr.com and I will send it to you
