Need i7 M.board With Connections For Front USB & Mem Card Reader

Hi Guys,
I've been a reader of Tomshardware for over 15 years and have been out of the custom PC building scene for a bit. However, I am back to building a new custom PC for myself.

My dilemma is that the case that I have: Thermaltake Level 10 GTS only has front USB/Audio connections. Being a photographer I plan on installing an internal memory card reader as well.

---> I wanted to know which Motherboard supports two front connections: USB + Internal Card Reader

Most motherboard specs show connection for front USB but they don't specify if you can also hook up another front connection such as a memory card reader.

The motherboard should also have the following:

2x PCI-Express 3.0 (for SLI setup down the road)

Budget: $140 +/- $20

Thanks guys!

Other PC specs for your curiosity:
i7-3770 (don't plan on overclocking. Want to play it safe) [any suggestions for a super quiet fan?]
16gb Kingston HyperX RAM
256 GB Kingston HyperX SSD + 2TB Western Digital HD
GTX 670 FTW 4GB Card
Sound Blaster Z sound card

That's pretty much the meat of the system. Thanks!

More about need board connections front card reader
  1. Most case/MB can support the USB port and USB2.0/3.0 card reader, and you need the MB has 2xPCIe3.0, then only choice is Z77.

Either ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 or ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 is good fit your need.

For the Internal Card Reader, you can install it into the small bay that is below the 4XHDD bay in the case, and you can connect it to the onboard USB2.0 header, or for USB3.0 then you need the adapter, becasue the front panel USB3.0 need the onboard USB3.0 header.

For the Fan do mean you need the case fan or CPU fans & heatsinks, for case fan you want to get the "Fluid Dynamic" bearing type which are the quiet fan.

For CPU fans & heatsinks, get this XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283 120mm, and the review
