IS the P8P67 good for my current setup

I am currently piecing a comp together.
Not using anything till its complete.
I currently have.

Corsair Graphite Series 600T White Mid-Tower
I5 2500K
Nvidia GTX 570 HD
16GB DDR3 Corsair vengeance ram
1TB Seagate baracuda 7200 rpm Hard Drive
Corsair GS800 Gaming series Power Supply
running 64 bit windows 7 home premium


Would the Asus P8P67 (Rev 3.1) be a good motherboard to complete my system. Or is there something else around its price range thats better?
