Need Help with Gskill ram issues on MOBO

ok so my issue now is as follows:

i get alot of Bsods based on irql_noless then ,memory errors and a few other all pointing back to the memory itself.

i have updated my bios to latest version via the asrock site.

I have checked all drivers to be updated.

the settings are all stock factory preset.

now upon running memtest86 it received numerous errors on the ram itself.

the ram runs at 1600mhz instead of 1866mhz and at 1.5v timings are 11-11-11-28 instead of 9-10-9-28 on all automatic settings.
i have tried forcing the recommended values of 1866 etc as above to no avail and also forced the above values on 1600

it seems i have major stability issues or perhaps soem horrible ram fro mteh factory.

are u able to assist me in gettign this narrowed down and stability safe again?

i have always used gskill ram not that that matters thsi is the 1st time ive had any of these issues

all help i n this matter would be greatly appreciated

the ram in mention is a 16gb kit of ddr3-1866 pc3-14900 4096mbx4 CL9-10-9-28 1.5V
ripjaws x

system details:

Windows 7-64bit
amd fx-6100 cpu
asrock 970 extreme3 mobo
5770 hd radeon
