[Time] Time synchronization program?

The CMOS battery on my motherboard just... doesn't want to work. So every time my PC get's unplugged, BIOS settings get erased and time is set back to 1/1/2002 (windows XP default). This PC is always connected to the internet but automatic time sync or whatever in the date/time settings can never "connect" to the time server.

Is there a simple program out there that will set the time/date right from the internet? Prefer Freeware

You have to bring the date of your computer close to the real date and time, something like within 24 hours I believe, otherwise the sync wont work.

Atomic Clock sync works good.
