Deciding on an AM3+ Motherboard replacement

short story short, old motherboard sucked and it pooped out on me in a week.

I have an AMD FX-8120
G. skill Ripjaws X 16GB 2x8 1600 RAM
EVGA SuperNOVA 750w 80 plus bronze PSU
and I'm planning on getting 660 Ti

I have a rosewill THOR V2 so size is not an issue here,

I have found 3 likely canidates for the replacement. (I want to know what I need for a good price, I'm not made of money lol)

I'm really liking the price of the last one, but I don't know if it's a good quality board, I've always used ASUS. If you have any suggestions I'm all ears! thanks in advance.
