I published my FP website and when I viewed at the
conclusion of the publishing it looked fine. I viewed it
again through my browsers (IS, Netscape, Opera). When a
friend called it up on his computer it lacked a
background. Two more freinds get the same result. I
continue to have acceptable results.

Ahh, you are corrupt. I'm surprised you aren't the local mayor, or do you prefer just to bribe them and avoid buying elections. I don't vote in local elections as I don't know which criminal real estate agent is least corrupt.

The background is set to their local machine.

So the pic would need to be on THEIR hard drive at c:\LivingStructures\BtB md.jpg. It is on yours so you can see it.

That's not the only problem with your page. Your pic links don't work either. For some reason they are prefaced with a comma. EG
= ",HouseListings.htm#HL1">

<A href=",HouseListings.htm#HL1"><IMG height=91 hspace=9
src="House1.jpg" width=125 align=center border=2></A>

Also ditto for the links at the bottom of the page.

Probably too late now. But it's good practise to use ONLY lowercase. Will save heartache later.

Get your snout out of the trough and fix your web page.

[Real estate agents aren't held in high esteem in Australia and they always stand for local government so they can change planning laws to suit themselves - though they have to fight it out with developers who are even more corrupt]
