is what im planing on building. i wanna know which of the 2 rams is better or best for my set up. if i can get sum pros or cons for both memory would be nice? or are they both the same??

I would get the Corsair ram. I have had nothing but trouble with my 24G GSkill kit. Not meeting the required speeds and 2 chips of the 6 failing in 9 months. everything else looks about equal for the timings. The Corsair also looks to be a lower profile and that equals less to worry about for a heat sink on the CPU.

Take your pick.
I have had no problems with G.skil or Corsair.
I have had one occasion to ask G.skil support a question about their ram, and they responded quickly and accurately.

With your liquid cooler kit the height of heat spreaders are irrelevant. Heat spreaders for 1.5v ram are largely marketing anyway.
