Another Best Video Card under $100???

Hi There,

I have not kept up to date with computer technology as a result I would like to get an input from everyone here about whats a best video card for my budget of less than $100. I am not a heavy game player, but I do play Counter Strike, Warcraft III, and probably Diablo 3 when it comes out. I am building a computer my self and here are it's specs:

Intel Core i5 2500K Processor
Asus P8Z68-V LX Motherboard
OCZ Fatal1ty 550W Power Supply

And here are the items I have not gotten yet but are planning to get:
8 Gig RAM (either 1600 or 1333 MHz)
2 TB Seagate Green HD
Antec Three Hundred Case

I live in Canada so I look at Canadian online stores to purchase. Stores such as:

Tigerdirect.ca
CanadaComputers.com
NCIX.com
MemoryExpress.com
Infonec.com
NewEgg.ca

soooooooo... advice?? best graphics card for less than $100?

More about another video card
  1. Usually the 6770 is the best card in your range. I can't link to the card riht now as I'm on my phone but I would reccomed the xfx 6770 that is about 90 after rebate with a double life time warranty
  2. For under $100? Let's see...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161315 that's a pretty nice card for the price. People are saying it runs the BF3 Beta on medium on a low resolution. What is your monitor res? That can also help.
  3. Go on ebay and buy a new 5770, it has the same chip as the 6770.
I saw some for 70$ last week, but they were gone in 30mins.
Just keep on look out, they always show up.

I'd sat get this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102873

100$ after rebates, and it has good cooling, and won't make your system look like crap.

But... that one is not Direct X11, it is Direct X 10... You have to get a 5000 series or higher.
