Processor Power Management (missing)

Ei guys.. got a problem here, i wanted to change the minimum and maximum state of my processor on power plan options
but right now it was missing, what i only find in there was the option for cooling system (passive or Active), could you help me with this. im really confused now why the options are gone..

could there be any fix? thanks

ei guys; no one replied on my question. but i already figured out what the problem is..

the problem is that on msconfig. i limit the cpu to 2. this cause to hide the option on processor power management..

i learned from my own mistake.. just consider this as referense...
