Computer doesn not boot, just black

Hi, my CPU fan recently went out and i decided to upgrade the whole heat sink. When i removed my old heat sink the CPU went with it and i accidentally pent a few of the pins. I put them all back into place and noticed 1 pin was missing. I tried the CPU in the computer, but it doesnt boot up. The fans turn on and all 3 of my hard drives and my 2 dvd drives turn on also. The CPU no longer heats up also. When i unplug all the devices and components form the computer it has the same issue and the motherboard does not make a beeping noise. So im not sure if its the CPU, motherboard or both.
