More about unganged dual channel mode
  1. Unganged basically allows your CPU's cores to have access to their own stick of RAM, like a quadcore with 4 sticks would allow each core to have access different stick of ram at the same time, Ganged mode is standard dual channel all cores use the same path to access all ram at the same time, Unganged in supposed to be faster because it uses 2x 64Bit channels instead of 1x 128Bit I believe.
