Intel DX79SR MotherBoard i7 3820 - no video signal

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a new PC build from New Egg. I have been having a weird issue as I tried to finish my set up....I get a video signal about 1 in 10 times. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as replacing the RAM, and a new video cable, and nothing changed.

Specs:
Intel i7 3820 Processor
Intel DX79SR Motherboard
32 GB Kingston HyperX BEAST 2400 RAM (clocked down to 1333)
Nvidia 8800 GTX x2 SLI'd

I have another build with the exact same motherboard, ram, and processor, just a ATI RADEON HD 6670 as the card that is having the same issue.
