Infineon security platform issue

Dear Helper,

I keep getting this error window on my laptop everytime I turn it on. The message is as follow:
"Infineon Security Platform taskbar Notification- A TPM or TSS errored occur (0xe0283004)"
I don't know how to fix this, even after disk scan and defragged, still gets the error.

Any way I can have this fix?

Please, as a security percaution, I will ask you to remove your email address for the post. You may put yourself at risk for an attack via email.

Second, have you checked the BIOS? I read that if you enable TPM, it will run Infineon. If you do not want to use it, you may want to remove it through Programs and Features, right click it, and double click uninstall.
