How to rest a acer with out it coming on

Hello,
i have acer laptop that i was playing on yesterday afternoon and when i closed the game it shut down the computer and now it wont boot up can you tell me what to do?

It has been my experience that Acer laptops are crap (their desktops do fine, however).

Try this: Remove the battery and unplug the laptop. Press the power button to dissipate any energy remaining in the system. Wait 30 seconds. The plug the laptop back in (with no battery) and try turning it on. If that doesn't work, unplug the laptop, put the battery back in and try to boot it up again. If not, plug it in and try it again. If not, well, then that is a very bad sign.
