What is the best MOBO for an i5 3470? I will not be OC'ing or SLI'ing. Pure gaming only. Also I need one that will last a long time. My GPU will be GTX 660. Thanks :)

Unless you're going to get a K Series processor to overclock there's no point in getting a Z77 motherboard.

Edit: I think you can get any H77 motherboard for that budget. Do you have brand or feature preference? If not, then you can just go with ASRock H77M.

Oh I see. Is Motherboard, lga1155 ASRock H77 Pro4 MVP good or is Motherboard, lga1155 Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H better? Asus is a bit pricey that's why I don't want it.

If you want 4 slots of RAM or Lucid Virtu Universal MVP, then you can say that ASRock board is better but any H77 board will do just fine. Newegg has all of them within your budget including the ones from ASUS. You can compare their features and read the user reviews to help you decide.

I think the ASRock z77 pro4 is a good board in both the ATX and Micro ATX version.
