Intel i5 25k component help

I am getting an i5 2500k sandy bridge and I needed a suggestion for motherboard around 100 (it can be a little bit more), harddrive (less then 100 I have an external 1tb just need an internal), Ram suggestion with the motherboard (less then 50) and a cd/dvd burner. I am not planning on doing gaming (low end) and dont have a high graphics card therefore I dont need my motherboard to be focused on that, I would also like a motherboard with a hdmi output. I am form canada and would appreciate canadian sites. (I like to go to newegg.ca) thanks a lot

He doesn't need that much RAM, nor does he need a 'higher end' MOBO.

Nekko has done good on putting together some good components for you but if you are planning to do any overclocking with the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K just make sure that you pick up a good 3rd party HSF (heatsink/fan). I have used the Cooler Master 212 + in the past and it works well but there are a lot of other good ones out there.

Id say the Cooler Master 212 is the best for just standard OCing and for the money. No reason to spend anymore than what it cost.
