Flashed bios on MSI 890fxa-gd70, stuck at initialization after restart

Hello! I flashed my bios to update it in preparation for a few upgrades to my system, I am going to be installing a new CPU and needed to flash in order for am3+ support. I flashed it and all was well until I reset the pc, I am stuck at:

(All drive info)

CMOS Settings Wrong
CMOS Date/Time Not Set
Press F1 to Run SETUP
Press F2 to load default values and continue

Sadly, my fianc├ęs cat chewed the cable to my old standby ps2 keyboard so all I have is my wireless one and my g110, neither of them want to let me hit either f1 or 2, clearing CMOS hasn't done anything and I can't get into the bios seemingly without a ps2 keyboard, am I stuck trying to find an old one or buying a new one? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks for any and all help 8-)
