My ASUS M5A99X EVO USB 3.0 transfers same rate as USB 2.0

I have tried almost everything

The pen is an ADATA USB 3.0 I connect it to the rear in the USB 3.0 port.

I have done all Possible drivers updates, firmware in windows 7 64bit and tried very options set ups in the bios ( bios is update to the last one and chipset drivers, etc... )

I just can´t see what the problem is i can´t get speeds above 17mb/s average instead of the superior speeds of USB 3.0 and I have see it working in another motherboard at better speeds.

I don´t have a SSD but still I can Transfer arround 100mb/s from a SATA HDD to another.

After many hours I gave up... :pfff:

Thanks community ;)

Are you plugging it into the blue USB slots at the back?

I had the same problem.
Install the USB Boost software which you can download from Asus.
It will flash your USB3 chip with new firmware.
USB3 speeds should show a great increase in speed.
