Vcore too high for stock frequencies?

Hi guys

My i7 2600k system requires 1.35v in order to run in anyway stable under the stock 3.4GHz, obviously this is much higher than is normal.

I am certain my problem is hardware related and after replacing the motherboard and extensively testing the RAM, the problem seems to be either the PSU or the CPU.

I have already tried all the possible software fixes(reinstalled OS, tried multiple bios versions etc.) and every component is housed properly.

Has anyone any iea which one it could be? I want to be sure before I purchase a replacement.

I have a Corsair CMPSU-750zHX Professional Series 750W Power Supply, intel i72600k, MSI GD65 mobo.

Thanks!

No one processor is the same as another, especially when it comes to vcore. All the research I can find says you should avoid going above 1.4 vcore. What voltage monitoring software do you use ?

I have to set the vcore to around 1.32 myself in the bios as the automatic option or anything below 1.3v doesn't work. CPU-Z and OCCT both show that vcore is indeed at 1.32V
