1st time build help with compatibility

I was looking to make my first custom pc but want to make sure all the parts will be compatible.

parts:

motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V/GEN3 Intel Z68 Motherboard - ATX, Intel Z68 Express, Socket H2 (LGA1155), 2200MHz DDR3 (O.C.), SATA 6.0 Gb/s, RAID, 8-CH Audio, Gigabit LAN, USB 3.0, PCIe 3.0, CrossFireX/SLI, Bluetooth

All these parts are from comp usa but being pretty new with pc building just wanted to check if everything would work before I spend all the money.

It is doubt able that you need that much RAM, but your choice. i5-2500k is the way to go, and get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo to go with it. At least that is what I would do. Other than the CPU, ya compatible.
