Dell studio 540s problems

It will not download when you put in a cd, I delected a program and then decided to reload it with the cd it would not
run the cd. I tried on another computer to see if the cd was messed up it worked find.

It will not download when you put in a cd....do you mean the cd will not run when inserted to the optical drive? Paint us the picture I don't know what you're saying
