How to change unsoldered BIOS chip on ASRock z77 extreme4-m

hey having some issues with my motherboard so i want to change bios chip..because my core clock multiplier locked at 38 (i5 3570k) was ok before but now i cant change more tham 38...last time i just removed cmos battery and waited for 15 mins and bios returned to factory settings and i could overclock it same issue and removing cmos battery dont work...i even left it overnight for few times but still nothing..i turn pc on its only showing date and time not setting and not backing up my still same issue...i read few post and bios chip replacement was the only any ideas is it hard to change unsoldered bios chip?
