Monitor turns randomly off for a second

Hey there,

I have a problem and I was wondering if somebody might have an idea what's wrong.

My monitor keeps randomly turning off for a second, like what happens when you change the resolution or the refresh rate.

I've got a 42" LCD TV and a 24" monitor connected, both at 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz. The monitor turns off both when the TV is on and when it's turned off.

Here are my computer's specs:

Monitor: BenQ 24" G2420HDB
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce N560GTX-Ti TWIN FROZR II/OC
Motherboard: ASUS 98P67 PRO
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4 GHz
RAM: 8 GB

ok, update your video card drivers, and try to change the output (if HDMI use DVI port)
