Well, I don't think he is trying to rip you off, but the GPU is very weak for gaming of any kind. While it may just barely run BF3 and Skyrim, it certainly is not going to be playable or very enjoyable to say the least. The Q6600 is starting to show it's age as well, but is still a decent processor if you can overclock it 3ghz. Its a nice solid build, but its not a gamer.
